Information Memorandum Request, Step 1
If you are interested in investing in Agri Fuels Limited (“AgriFuels”), you must request a copy of our most recent Information Memorandum from the Company Secretary. (Please note, investment in AgriFuels is restricted to “sophisticated and professional investors” only.) To this end, to be eligible to invest in AigrFuels you will need to qualify as ONE of the following:
a.) A “Professional Investor” within the prescribed meaning of that term as defined by Section 708(8) of The Corporations Act of 2001; or
b.) A person in relation to whom the amount payable for the Shares on acceptance of the offer, and the amounts previously paid for Shares that are held by the person, add up to at least A$500,000; or
c.) A person that:
(i) has net assets of at least A$2.5 million; or
(ii) has had a gross income for each of the last 2 financial years of at least A$250,000 a year, where the person has given to the Company a certificate verifying this which was provided to the person by a qualified accountant no more than six (6) months before the offer was made; or
d.) A person who is the holder of a financial services license and that license holder provides appropriate documentation detailing the person’s eligibility to participate within s708(10) of the Corporations Act 2001.
