Gregory Jonathan Lee, CPEng – Non-executive Chairman
Greg is a qualified chartered professional engineer, (CPEng), a member of the Institute of Engineers (Australia) (MIE Aust) and a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE). Greg has been an independent consulting petroleum engineer, advising major international oil and gas companies since 1991. He has more than 28 years total experience in the oil and gas industry. For the past five years Greg has been involved in capital raising and early stage development of energy, resource & mining projects and biofuel related companies.  Greg’s background includes considerable international experience with primary focus in the Philippines, Indonesia, Ukraine, Romania, USA, UK, North Sea and Dutch sectors.  

Brendon Ellett – Managing Director
Brendon holds a BSc in Maths and Physics, a Marketing Diploma and a PG Diploma in E-commerce Management. Brendon has a diverse practical and corporate background including ten years agricultural farming operations and ten years corporate marketing and business management for local and international companies, including Panasonic and Hutchison Whampoa. For the past five years Brendon has been involved with early stage business development of energy, resource, biofuel, financial and medical international project opportunities with a particular focus on SE Asia and Australia.

Joe Grazino– Non-Executive Director
Joe is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICA), The Institute of Company Directors, The Taxation Institute of Australia and The Australian Society of Certified Practicing Accountants. Joe is a Chartered Accountant and currently a director of Hayes Knight (WA) Pty Ltd, a company which provides a wide range of accounting and business advisory services to a variety of business sectors including private and public companies. Joe has more than 17 year's experience in public practice with a considerable client base. His expertise also includes multinational and foreign- owned corporations dealing with timely corporate reporting requirements. He has been involved in capital-raising for many start-up projects, independent expert reports, training seminars, management buy-out arrangements, due diligence, valuations and other project-specific consulting assignments for clients.

Robert Smallwood – Executive Director
Robert has held senior management roles in renewable energy, IT, telecommunications, media, behavioural sciences research and electronics manufacturing sectors, including GM roles in Telstra Corporation and Honeywell Limited; as Managing Director of Exodus Communications Australia and consultancy positions with Next Energy Limited. Additionally, he has provided research and consultancy services to the medical, pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors, plus research projects in manufacturing, work safety and security sectors, amongst others. Robert’s skills include executive leadership, strategic planning, marketing, customer service, change management, capital raising, project management, sales and business development, market research, branding strategy and staff motivation.  Robert holds additional expertise in alternative energy technology development, innovation management and academic research. Robert has authored more than 30 articles which have appeared in academic and scientific journals.

Simon Clatworthy, B Com, MBA, CA – Company Secretary
Simon has more than 20 year's experience in the financial services industry. Simon is a Chartered Accountant and currently a director of Corvara Capital Pty Ltd and Advisory Perspective Pty Ltd--boutique professional services firms providing corporate advisory and general business consultancy services to small to medium size businesses, in addition to business broking services. Prior to founding Corvara Capital, Simon held senior management and advisory positions including Investment Executive for Cullen Investments in Australia and New Zealand which involved assisting in the management of merger and acquisition activities as well as providing directorship and corporate advisory services. Simon has also held roles in Bancorp Merchant Bank, Sibson & Co, Gates Opticians, Telecom New Zealand and NZI Bank. Simon is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of New Zealand, The Australian Private Equity and Venture Capital Association and an associate member of The Corporate Secretaries of Australia.

Ronald Charles Valentine – Agronomy Advisor
Ron’s has worked for the last 30 years in the Asia Pacific region focussing on product development and hands-on project management of animal husbandry, sustainable agricultural practices and development of high yielding energy crops. Ron has been instrumental in developing a holistic approach to alternative farming to ensure the full vertical integration of sustainable agriculture and animal breeding in Western Australia and Asia. Ron has developed and marketed intensive feed systems and high-yielding, high-protein, fast growing grasses in Australia and across Asia. Over the last five years Ron has been an active agronomy consultant in Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines and Australia. Ron’s additional areas of expertise include skills and knowledge in the fields of microbiology amd biological inoculants. Ron is the Chief Agronomist for AgriFuel's sister company, International Plant Technologies.

Bill Trevor, OAM – Consultant, Agribusiness Manager
Bill served as mayor of the Isis Shire Council in Eastern Central Queensland from 1994 until 2008 and has served on the ISIS shire council since 1985.  In addition to his roles within local government, Bill is President of the North Burnett Local Government Association and former Director of the Isis Central Sugar Mill Company.  He also chairs The Wide Bay Burnett Area Consultative Committee  (part of theQueensland Government Department of Transport and Regional Services) a not-for-profit, community-based organisation which allocates funding and manages projects that generate sustainable development, create jobs and support business growth in the region which encompasses 22 Local Government Associations. The Wide Bay Burnett ACC has been responsible for bringing a host of new businesses and business opportunities to the region. Bill has held positions on numerous Local, State and Federal Government committees. In his private life, Bill is a primary producer with a desire to improve both rural and commercial businesses in the Isis region.
